Touch Group’s Methodology

Human Resources Department

Our commitment to quality and our continuous pursuit of delivering the highest standards of service make recruitment and selection a rigorous, multi-step process managed by our Human Resources Department.

We firmly believe that the human element is the foundation of any successful security operation. Therefore, we conduct an initial interview with applicants to assess whether they meet our required standards and qualifications, including mental and physical capabilities, psychological and cultural suitability for working as a security guard or supervisor, and their ability to fulfill our employment criteria.

This is followed by a thorough background check covering social status, close references, previous work experience, and personal skills. If the results are satisfactory, a final interview is conducted along with the submission of all required documents to make the final hiring decision.

One of our top priorities during recruitment is evaluating customer service skills and professional competencies, which determine the performance level of each position. This comes after verifying the candidate’s medical certificate and criminal record clearance.

Upon successfully passing the previous stages, the candidate undergoes a final interview with senior management, where the appointment letter is officially approved or rejected.

Once approved, the employee signs an employment contract and receives comprehensive job orientation from the company’s training officer. The employee is then assigned to the designated site with an official appointment letter addressed to the site manager. Within one week of assignment, the site manager provides us with a detailed performance report to evaluate the employee’s ability to carry out assigned duties effectively.

Selection Criteria:

  • Age between 20 and 50 years

  • Physical fitness and good health condition

  • Minimum intermediate education for security officers; higher education for chief guards and supervisors

  • Proficiency in English for site managers

  • Polite communication skills, professionalism, and a well-groomed appearance

In compliance with the standards and regulations of the relevant Egyptian labor authorities, the Human Resources Department prepares a comprehensive personnel file for each employee, including the following documents:

1 – Computerized birth certificate
2 – Military service certificate or equivalent
3 – Educational qualification certificate
4 – Criminal record certificate (Police Clearance)
5 – Employment office registration certificate (Labor Office Form)
6 – Two personal photos
7 – Copy of National ID card
8 – Social insurance registration form with insurance number
9 – Medical certificate confirming fitness and absence of diseases
10 – Curriculum Vitae (CV)
11 – Experience certificates and previous employment records
12 – Sports certificates in self-defense (if applicable)
13 – Utility bill (water, electricity, or telephone) as proof of residence
14 – Enrollment certificate for students applying for summer positions

The employee file also includes all official forms regulating their professional journey within the company, as follows:

– Employment application form and personal data form
– Individual employment contract
– Company internal regulations document
– Social status record
– Annual leave record
– Sick leave record
– Regular leave record
– Salary progression record
– Disciplinary record
– Performance evaluation and discipline record

Our priorities toward our personnel include:

1 – Providing social insurance coverage for all appointed officers within the company.
